DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns for online purchases from Forever Petite are only eligible for store credit if they are returned within 14 business days of receiving the order. After this timeframe, returns will not be accepted.
- All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To be accepted for return, items must be in perfect condition with tags attached. Any signs of use, such as makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or any other stains, will not be accepted. Exchanges are not offered by Forever Petite.

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, and they can choose between USPS and UPS as their shipping options.
- No return authorization is required, and customers can simply ship their items to Forever Petite's address at 1224 Wedgewood Dr. Winston Salem NC 27103.
- It is important to include the packing slip with the return, as it contains all the necessary information and order number.
- Once the return is received, it will take approximately 5-7 days for the return to be processed. After processing, the customer will receive store credit via email.
- In the case of damaged items, customers must report the damage within two days of receiving the order. They can do so by emailing Forever Petite at foreverpetite.llc@gmail.com and providing photos of the damage.
- It is important to note that color variations in merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not considered as damaged items.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us with 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

MY ORDER IS STILL NOT HERE PLEASE HELP?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
